This group is for queer teens ages 14–18 who want space to feel more grounded in themselves, build confidence, have a supportive place to connect, and navigate the current political climate alongside peers.

A process group focuses on real-time connection and reflection. We talk about what’s happening in your life, how you’re feeling in your body, and how you relate to others in the group.

Each cycle, we also choose a few themes that feel relevant to the group and explore one each week.
Themes might include identity, coming out, boundaries, confidence, stress, community, and navigating the current political climate. I help guide the conversation, support emotional safety, and offer tools for communication and embodiment.

Topics vary depending on what the group wants to focus on. Common themes include:

• identity and expression

• coming out (in all its forms)

• feeling at home in your body

• family dynamics

• school stress

• queer/trans safety in the current political climate

• friendship, dating, and boundaries

• confidence and self-trust

Participants are encouraged to bring up whatever feels important, and the group collectively chooses themes to explore over the 4-week series.

Group is virtual right now through a secure platform. Upon enough requests, I can transition to hosting it in person in Seattle.

Group runs Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm.

The cost for the 4-week series is $75 per session ($300 total), paid upfront when you register. I do not take insurance, yet I can write superbills for reimbursement upon request.

You’re encouraged to attend all four sessions so the group can build trust and momentum together, but you’re not required to. Because payment is taken upfront, missed sessions aren’t discounted or refunded.

The 4-week series begins when all available spots (between 6–8 people) are filled.
Once the group is full, we begin the 4-week series. When that series ends, I immediately start forming the next group and add new people from the waitlist.
